Leadership Team

Paula Raseroka is an admitted attorney and a Military Legal Practitioner in South African National Defence Force (SANDF). She has over 20 years’ experience in the Defence Legal Services. She has also served as a legal advisor and is currently a Director in the Administration of Military Justice in SANDF.

Prince is an MBA graduate with solid finance and operational working experience in both private and public sector. He has more than 28 years’ working experience with 20 years thereof in senior management. He has worked in different environments (municipalities, optic fibre, entrepreneurial, mines, entertainment, consulting, finance and non-governmental). Other than finance, he has experience of managing and communicating with different stakeholders; Revenue management, Cost management; Implementation of projects; Evaluation and management of risk; Corporate Finance; Communication at strategic level and Facilitation of workshops.

Raymond is the currently the Group Finance Manager and Acting Managing Director of the Lexcorp Group of Companies. He has more than 18 years in the corporate environment, 15 of which has been in the financial services sector in Zimbabwe and South Africa. He holds an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe, Bsc (Honours) in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brooks UK. He is also member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), and a member of Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (IOBZ). He completed his RE 1 & 5 and is a Key Individual on some of the FSP. He is currently completing final year LLB with Unisa.
